About The Position

As an RN at Mountain View Post Acute, you will provide high-quality care to residents, manage nursing staff, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of healthcare. Requirements

  • Active RN license in Washington State is required.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care.
  • Ability to lead, educate, and communicate effectively with a healthcare team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff, ensuring they follow proper protocols and provide excellent care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
  • Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report significant changes to physicians and family members.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to enhance their understanding of healthcare needs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection control policies.
