About The Position

A Registered Nurse is a professional holding a valid Indiana license, responsible and accountable for nursing practices based on specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from biological, physical, and behavioral sciences principles.

Requirements

Hold a valid Indiana license as a Registered Nurse
Maintain competence in BLS after initial training
Ability to work cooperatively with all staff, physicians, and departments
Interpersonal skills to instruct and comfort patients and their families, and maintain communication with a variety of internal and external staff
Experience as determined by work area and hospital in order to acquire and effectively utilize knowledge of unit and departmental policies and procedures
Meet established quality and quantity standards for the role
Minimum education: Associates, Bachelor's, or Masters Degree in Nursing
Minimum licensure: Licensure in State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse
