About The Position

Holladay Park Plaza, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of the Lloyd District. The facility includes a 51-bed, 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility that emphasizes patient-centered care, as well as restorative floors. Additionally, Holladay Park Plaza is home to over 200 Independent Living (IL) residents.
