What You’ll Do The Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within the state's scope of practice. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices.

Requirements

  • Nursing license in good standing with State Licensing Authority and maintain the ability to maintain the license
  • Desire and talent to work with a high-functioning, empowered team
  • Compassion, kindness, and collaboration skills to work with elders and their families
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in learning specified online programs
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be goal-directed
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues
  • Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English
  • Meet all health requirements as specified by state and federal regulations
  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a criminal background check
