Requirements
- Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent triage, communication, and time-management skills
- Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead patient intake: Perform focused assessments, vitals collection, and drug screenings with efficiency and accuracy.
- Document with precision: Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs), support MAT protocols, and educate patients on their medications.
- Support operations: Switch easily between patient care and light administrative duties to keep the unit running smoothly.
- Act with urgency: Monitor for clinical changes, respond quickly to needs, and follow up consistently.
- Lead with impact: Be a strong, steady presence within an interdisciplinary team committed to outcomes.
