Job Summary Deliver professional nursing care in clinic settings using the nursing process; coordinate care planning, triage patient needs, administer medications, perform clinical tasks (e.g., EKG), and support clinical staff through skills validation and workflow leadership.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Arkansas RN license
  • BLS
  • 1+ year of RN experience

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of clinic nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and prepare patients; assist providers during exams/procedures; administer injections/medications.
  • Perform/coordinate EKG and other clinic tests per policy; manage wound care and staple/suture removal.
  • Coordinate referrals, pharmacy, prior auths, and patient follow-up; maintain accurate EHR documentation.
  • Support clinic efficiency and staff development (skills checkoffs, positive team leadership).
