Job Summary Deliver professional nursing care in clinic settings using the nursing process; coordinate care planning, triage patient needs, administer medications, perform clinical tasks (e.g., EKG), and support clinical staff through skills validation and workflow leadership.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited RN program
Arkansas RN license
BLS
1+ year of RN experience

Nice To Haves

1+ year of clinic nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Triage and prepare patients; assist providers during exams/procedures; administer injections/medications.
Perform/coordinate EKG and other clinic tests per policy; manage wound care and staple/suture removal.
Coordinate referrals, pharmacy, prior auths, and patient follow-up; maintain accurate EHR documentation.
Support clinic efficiency and staff development (skills checkoffs, positive team leadership).
