Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing

• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with precision
• Offer comfort, education, and guidance to residents and families
• Help cultivate a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment
• Ability to work every third weekend (required)
