About The Position

RN - Monroe - Full time - Eligible for benefits - $46.00 - $61.77 hourly rate (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state-of-the-art community - 11:00pm - 7:30am including every other weekend. The RN is responsible for providing nursing care to residents according to their individual needs, including medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing individualized care plans. Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six “small homes”; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the State of NJ.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in long-term care
  • Must possess current AHA CPR Certificate
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations in Long-Term Care
  • Experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics or Long-Term Care required
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred.
  • IV Certification preferred
