As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting,
Requirements
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- BSN
- BLS required, ACLS preferred
- At least one year current OR experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care
- Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications
- Both the scrub and circulating role
