RN (Evening/Night Shift)

This is a time of meaningful change for our team, and we’re seeking nurses who want to be part of creating something better—ensuring each shift is filled with compassion, connection, and calm leadership. $10,000.00 Sign on Bonus, full time, evening and night shift only.
Requirements
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care preferred
