The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
- RN license in the state of facility required
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations required
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 year' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
- Experience with geriatric care desired
Responsibilities
- Assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality
- Assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Assists Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A staff
