About The Position

Accountability for all-nursing care behaviors and professional responsibilities described.
The staff nurse is accountable for the delivery of patient care on the unit during the shift. Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing care managing assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines and practices within the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

• Currently licensed in Washington State.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Satisfactory completion of hospital RN orientation program.
• Current ACLS or within 6 months of hire and Current TNCC or within a year of hire

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care on the unit during the shift.
• Meeting the established Standards of Nursing care
• Managing assigned personnel
• Promoting collaboration among the disciplines and practices within the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.
