We’re looking for a night shift RN to provide expert care in a calm, supportive environment built on dignity, respect, and clinical excellence. About Brendan House: For 40 years, Brendan House has been a cornerstone of skilled nursing in the Flathead Valley. Our 110-bed facility provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, adapting to the evolving needs of our community while staying rooted in personalized, resident-focused service.
Requirements
- Current Montana RN license or compact license required
- CPR/BLS certification required (additional unit-specific certifications may be needed)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, calm presence, and teamwork mindset
- Passion for serving geriatric and complex care populations
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
- Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions and overnight priorities
- Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and effectively
- Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status
- Maintain high standards of infection control and resident safety
- Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely, appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with your night shift team to solve problems and ensure seamless care
