Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of clinical compliance and regulatory standards
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- An excellent communicator who families trust
- Organized, proactive, and confident in leadership
- Most importantly: you genuinely love seniors and believe they deserve extraordinary care
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with seniors preferred (assisted living or memory care a plus)
Responsibilities
- Champion high-quality clinical care for our residents
- Ensure our nursing services remain compliant with all state regulations
- Partner closely with the Administrator and Care Leadership team
- Conduct assessments for both current and prospective residents
- Stay ahead of changing conditions and proactively respond to residents’ evolving needs
- Create and oversee individualized care plans
- Support and guide care staff with clinical leadership and training
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families
- Respond quickly and efficiently to resident and family concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory standards
