As an RN in this role, your typical day includes a variety of responsibilities, including treadmill stress tests, administering medication, triaging cardiac patients, education patients and scheduling cardiac procedures. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. Requirements

Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
Must obtain ACLS within 6 months
