About The Position
Under the direction of the clinical nurse manager, the RN communicates closely with staff and physicians to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds. The RN works within the framework of the Florida Nurse Practice Act and follows Alan B. Miller Medical Center’s hospital policies and procedures. The RN complies with hospital nursing philosophy and standards while performing wound care to patients per physician’s orders.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years’ experience in acute care nursing; experience in a wound care setting is preferred.
- A valid FL RN license or a Multi-state RN license from the state you reside in is required.
