As an RN Float, you are vital in healthcare, coordinating patient care based on our nursing model. You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues. Work with team and community to implement care plan, delegate tasks as needed.
Solve problems efficiently, utilizing resources effectively and acknowledging their limitations.
Seek professional development opportunities and contribute to community service.

Graduated from an accredited program in nursing or have two years of relevant work experience.
Main area of study in education should be nursing.
Two years of experience in nursing is required.
Must be a registered nurse.
Have basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.

Thorough knowledge of nursing and patient care standards and procedures.
Familiarity with relevant laws, rules, and regulations for nursing care certifications and accreditations.
Knowledge of health promotion, risk reduction, illness and disease prevention, and management.
Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good grasp of general computer skills.
