About The Position
Are you a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with IV therapy experience and a passion for holistic, integrative health? Ageless Wellness Spa is seeking an enthusiastic RN Independent Contractor to join our growing luxury wellness clinic in Naples , Florida. This flexible, commission-based role offers the opportunity to grow alongside a thriving wellness brand, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as clientele expands. About Ageless Wellness Spa Ageless Wellness Spa is a premier holistic health and aesthetics clinic offering cutting-edge therapies designed to support optimal health, longevity, and vitality. Our services include: IV Nutrient & Ozone Therapy NAD+ Infusions Red Light Therapy Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Infrared Sauna Advanced wellness and regenerative services We serve a high-end clientele in a tranquil, luxury spa environment and are dedicated to root-cause healing through integrative and functional medicine principles .
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse ( RN ) license ( Required )
- Must reside in the Naples, FL area
- Proven experience with IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy ( Required )
- Demonstrated strong sales technique skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and client retention
- Comfortable educating clients and converting consultations into ongoing wellness plans
- Strong interest or background in holistic, integrative, or functional medicine
- Comfortable working with high-end clientele in a luxury wellness environment
- Excellent bedside manner, communication , organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a commission-based role
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn new protocols and biohacking therapies
Responsibilities
- Administer IV vitamin infusions, ozone therapy, NAD+, and other nutrient-based treatments
- Educate clients and guide them through personalized wellness plans
- Support complementary therapies such as red light therapy, HBOT, and infrared sauna
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to deliver exceptional client care
- Strong communicator with excellent sales skills
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through education, consultation, and service-based sales
- Create customized wellness protocols aligned with integrative and functional medicine principles
- Educate and empower clients to take charge of their health and wellness journey
- Confidently recommend appropriate wellness services, packages, and memberships
- Leverage strong communication and consultative sales techniques to grow and retain clientele
- Deliver compassionate, professional, and high-quality care in a luxury wellness setting
