As a RN you will oversee provision of health care services and provide health care services. You will provide support and assistance to the individuals to develop, enhance, renew or continue their natural support network. You will develop reports and perform other administrative duties.

Requirements

• License to practice as RN in the state of Minnesota
• Two years' experience working as an RN in a health care facility
• Experience working with vulnerable populations
• Experience working in an Intermediate Care Facility
• Must be certified in CPR
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Successfully meet the requirements for a background check
