Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs during weekend shifts.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
