An every weekend scheduling option to RNs newly hired in the Nursing department on a limited basis. Employees must make a commitment to enroll in the program for twenty-six (26) consecutive weekends (six months). During this period, the employee will be scheduled to work a minimum of three (3) twelve (12) hour shifts per weekend. For the purpose of defining this program, the "weekend" begins on Friday at 6:30am and ends on Monday evening at 7:00pm. May take 2 (non-consecutive) weekends off during the 26 weekend contract. We are looking for a registered nurse to join our nursing staff in providing excellent health care to our residents. Your duty of caring for the residents coming into our facility include tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions. A bachelor's degree in nursing and a state license are essential requirements for consideration. You will also need to be trained in BLS/CPR and be ACLS-certified. A professional, friendly attitude and effective communication skills are keys to becoming successful in this role.
