About The Position
We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure quality resident care during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in North Miami, FL . The ideal candidate is confident in leadership, skilled in managing clinical teams, and able to maintain strong communication with staff, residents, and families.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Florida (required)
- Previous experience as an RN Supervisor in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
- Oversee resident care delivery and ensure compliance with facility and state standards
- Respond promptly to resident or staff issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and department heads as needed
- Promote a safe and positive work environment
