Requirements
- Current RN license (state of practice).
- 3+ years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term or skilled care).
- 1+ year in nursing leadership/administration.
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Conduct resident assessments and oversee treatment planning.
- Provide direct patient care and ensure compliance with facility standards.
- Mentor, train, and retain skilled nursing professionals.
- Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
