Vivo West Orange is seeking a reliable and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care during weekend shifts. Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Familiar with EMR systems and documentation practices
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and oversee care delivery during weekend shifts
- Provide direct nursing care as needed and respond to urgent resident needs
- Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Support staffing coordination and shift coverage
- Communicate with families, physicians, and department heads as necessary
- Document and report any significant changes, incidents, or updates
- Serve as the on-site administrative leader during weekends
