The Vascular and Imaging Services Registered Nurse (RN) will assume responsibility and accountability for infants, children, adults, and geriatric patients who undergo PICC line placement, bronchoscopies, biopsies and other radiology testing procedures. The Vascular Access and Imaging Services RN is a nurse who has received specialized training in Peripherally-Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) placement, and has demonstrated competency and expertise in vascular access. The RN should exhibit multi-tasking capabilities and be able perform a wide-range of radiological procedures. The RN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adhere to policies, procedures, and standards of Conway Regional Medical Center. The RN will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts.
