Job Description: Education: Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing Licensure/Certification: Required: California RN license and American Heart Association BLS Experience: Required: Three (3) years clinical RN experience Preferred: Cardiology or Critical Care experience Reports To: Clinical Manager, Service Line Administrator Supervises: N/A Ages of Patients: Adult, Geriatric Blood Borne Pathogens: High Potential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Demonstrates clinical competencies in acute care settings, Must be able to create Excel spreadsheets, aggregate and present data, Network with Medical & Clinical staff for all members of the Cath Lab and Heart Team, Understanding of NCDR TVT Registry and Quality Metric requirements, Written and verbal communication skills
