The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites. We are located at 400 Highland Ave in Salem, MA. In this office, we evaluate and treat a range of urologic disorders in adult patients. Our team is board certified and includes experts in minimally invasive surgical techniques, such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal and percutaneous approaches. We are seeking a full time, 40-Hour RN to support our Urology practice Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. This role is responsible for supporting comprehensive patient care through traditional nursing duties, including phone triage, coordination and support of office visits, patient education, administration of injections, and in-basket management. The RN will partner closely with engaged, hands-on providers in a supportive, team-based environment that values communication, accountability, and high-quality patient outcomes. Our well-established team functions efficiently and cohesively, and we are looking for an RN who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute meaningfully from day one. Structured training is provided to promote a smooth transition and ongoing professional development! Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
• Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
