Responsibilities include completing initial assessments, reassessing patient conditions, interpreting clinical data, and adhering to infection control standards. The role also requires acting as a patient advocate, managing the delivery of patient care, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. The nurse will participate in discharge planning, document patient conditions, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Additionally, the nurse will manage care of post-anesthesia patients, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The position requires flexibility in hours and responsibilities, as well as maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
