About The Position

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota.

• Knowledge of ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in urgent care or emergency nursing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health and/or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement plans that prescribe strategies to attain expected outcomes.
• Coordinate care delivery among healthcare providers.
• Employ strategies to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide consultation to influence care plans and enhance the abilities of others.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of health outcomes.
