About The Position

Description Description: Work Schedule: .05% FTE, day/evening/night shift. Varied shifts during the week, this position includes weekend rotation. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at West Towne Clinic and Union Corners Clinic both located in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to: Join our world-class team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals at our Urgent Care Clinics. Deliver episodic care to a diverse patient population of all ages (infants to older adults) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Utilize face-to-face triage and delegation protocols to determine acuity and patient disposition. Provide quality, compassionate, culturally competent care and education to promote a healthy lifestyle within a patient-centered environment. Stabilize patients for ED transfer by initiating IVs, administering fluids/medications, and performing procedures like ECGs and wound care. Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing
  • 6 months RN experience Required
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
