The position is for a registered nurse in the urgent care department, requiring 8-hour day/evening shifts with every other weekend rotation. The role involves assessment, implementation, evaluation, collaboration, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, quality of practice, education, professional practice evaluation, collegiality, ethics, research, resource utilization, leadership, environmental health, and may include charge nurse and preceptor responsibilities.
