Requirements
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate, team-first approach with a commitment to resident well-being
Nice To Haves
- Assisted living, senior care, or long-term care background a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and Resident Assistants in our assisted living community
- Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans that prioritize resident safety and dignity
- Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control protocols, and resident rights
- Partner with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality care
- Communicate with residents and families, offering updates, support, and reassurance
- Encourage teamwork, provide training, and contribute to a positive workplace culture
