Requirements
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred (Charge Nurse or similar role counts)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and a commitment to resident dignity

- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior care background a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses, LPNs, and nursing assistants
- Oversee and update individualized resident care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Support compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care
- Communicate openly with residents and families to build trust and provide updates
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
