About The Position

The Unit Manager LPN oversees and manages our long term care unit of approximately 120 residents. The Unit Manager LPN has authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall management of residents on the unit. This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of nursing staff engaged in specific nursing practices. The role requires the ability to perform all physical and mental job functions of a CNA and LPN.
