About The Position

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Day Shift Float), you will have an exceptional opportunity to oversee the daily operations of nursing staff across multiple units. Your leadership and clinical expertise will empower your team to deliver high-quality care while nurturing an environment of collaboration and support. You will be instrumental in the development of nursing policies and procedures, as well as in collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Currently, we have 15 Unit Managers across various shifts, with 3 Unit Managers assigned to our first floor and 3 to our second floor. We are seeking to add one more to our team to ensure optimal coverage.

Requirements

• Current RN License in good standing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Previous supervisory experience is a must
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
