Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit
- Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Participate in care planning, admissions, and clinical documentation
- Support infection control, quality improvement, and resident safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care
