About The Position
Join our dedicated team at a Garden Gate Healthcare Facility in Cheektowaga, a leading McGuire Group skilled nursing & rehab center, where we focus on providing exceptional care for our residents. We are seeking a RN Unit Coordinator to oversee the daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care and effective communication across the healthcare team. As an RN Unit Coordinator, you will manage the nursing staff on your unit, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols. You will collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to develop care plans and provide leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
