About The Position

Per Diem UAS Assessor Registered Nurse Competitive rates based on experience Shifts: Days, Weekdays and Weekends RNs wanted to join our team and conduct UAS assessments. Tired of bed side Nursing and like to travel. Well, this is your opportunity to shine and do something different. You will conduct assessments to help determine to needs and eligibility for Home Care and Long-Term Care Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License NEW YORK STATE
• Willing to travel
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in person

Nice To Haves

• UAS certified / training is also available
• Bilingual candidates preferred (all backgrounds)

Responsibilities

• Upon timely completion of assessment, RN must submit within 24hrs
• Work closely with UAS coordinator on scheduling
• Attend required trainings
• Schedule appointments within 24hrs of an assigned project
• Ability to manage conflicts and problem solve
• Ensure assessment quality
• Maintain high level of document tracking
