About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE. Day shift. Monday through Friday between the hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant Coordinator - Pancreas Program to: Join a team of transplant experts known worldwide for their research, innovation and continuous focus on improving patient care for transplant patients from Wisconsin and around the world. Use critical thinking skills and provide personalized care and education to transplant patients through every step of the transplant journey. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
  • 2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
  • Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
