Under the direction of the Director of Professional Practice and Lead RN test observers, the RN Test Observer is responsible for validating Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) candidates during their skills and/or knowledge examinations. This role ensures that testing is conducted in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements. The RN Test Observer works closely with Headmaster, LLPâthe contracted third-party testing organizationâto maintain compliance and uphold the integrity of the certification process.
