Your role will also involve notifying physicians of any significant changes in a patient's condition, such as complications during detoxification or adverse reactions to medications. You will be tasked with creating specific nursing treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ensuring that these plans are completed upon patient admission. Additionally, you will demonstrate knowledge of universal precautions while providing direct patient care and accurately administer medications, including controlled substances, while maintaining proper documentation. You will also be responsible for efficiently managing the admission and discharge processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately.
