RN Telemetry (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry (Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Tucson, AZ on a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical support. The ideal candidate has solid telemetry experience, thrives in fast-paced hospital environments, and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Current and valid RN license in Arizona (or compact eligibility).
Minimum 1–2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
Compassionate and adaptable approach to patient care.
COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatment regimens, and discharge instructions.
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record.
Follow infection control standards, safety protocols, and evidence-based nursing practices.
