Requirements

A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
While new grads are welcome, we're especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!
ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.
