Requirements

  • A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
  • Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
  • While new grads are welcome, we're especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
  • A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!
  • ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.
