Requirements
- Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
- Experience: While new grads are welcome, we're especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
- Essential Skills: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!
- ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
- Master Telemetry Monitoring: Expertly assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
- Provide Advanced Medical Care: Manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and provide comprehensive holistic care to a diverse patient population.
- Be a Critical Responder: Utilize your sharp assessment skills to identify and quickly address emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Excellence: Partner closely with physicians, cardiologists, specialists, and the entire care team, fostering seamless communication to deliver integrated, exceptional care.
- Educate & Empower: Guide patients and their families through their care journey, explaining conditions, treatments, and home care instructions with empathy and clarity.
