About The Position
The RN Team Leader is responsible for planning and implementing nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensuring continuity of care between shifts. The RN Team Leader also participates in resident and family education, advocates for residents, and maintains compliance with nursing standards and policies.
