About The Position

Under the direction of the Department Nurse Manager, the RN Team Leader implements the standards of nursing practice as well as the standards of performance through clinic and supervisory activities in the ambulatory department. The RN Team Leader will work in partnership with the Department's Provider Leader to achieve the goals set by the Department Chair or Chief, the Department Director, and Sr. Director of Nursing. Works directly with staff to achieve efficient, compassionate quality patient care services. Serves as a resource for a clinical expert and supports staff members of the Department. Assists with orientation of all new team employees and coordination of Department preceptors.

Requirements

• AD or BS Nursing Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hospital or ambulatory care setting or prior working experience in a lead role in an ambulatory setting.
• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current BLS.
