About The Position

The RN Team Leader role is a leadership position in Patient Care Services. The RN Team Leader directs developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. Demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures and standards of the nursing Division and the hospital. Acts as a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care. Is able to effectively manage teamwork concepts. Beverly Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center, Stroke Service Hospital and Emergent Percutaneous Cardiac Intervention Center. We serve as the primary point of entry for patients accessing these services. The department is staffed with at least one Emergency Medicine Board Certified Physician and Mid-Level Clinician at all times.

Requirements

• MA RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC or ENPC certification required.
• Telemetry experience required.
• RN Emergency Room experience required.
• BSN preferred.
