Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience are required.
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is also required.
  • A minimum of five years related work experience required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Nice To Haves

  • Emergency or Critical Care Nurse national certification (CEN or CCRN) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under direction of individually assigned Director of Patient Services or Designee, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the Emergency Department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, department manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, etc.
