We’re looking for a Nurse Team Lead to support our inpatient Pediatric Complex Medical program, where our team provides 24/7 care in a warm, family-centered environment. We serve infants through age 14 who can’t live at home due to complex medical needs, and this role helps ensure each child’s clinical needs are met through a strong multidisciplinary approach. This leader also plays a key part in keeping staff engaged and working well together. Candidates should bring at least two years of nursing experience in pediatrics, rehabilitation, or work with children who have complex medical conditions. Ensure staff document accurately, completely, and timely. Serve as a preceptor and ensure newly hired staff are competent to provide care. Manage staff performance and develop staff skills, talents and knowledge. Ensure supervised staff are current with all unit and ChildServe specific information. Address stakeholder feedback effectively, respectfully, and professionally. Ensure environment is maintained according to regulatory requirements. Provide direct care as assigned. Ensure adequate qualified staff to meet the needs of children within defined clinical model.
