About The Position
Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed, community-based, not-for-profit hospital serving Montgomery County and the surrounding area since 1943. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery and unit workflow. Actively participates in Quality Improvement, direct observations, and medical record reviews. Acts as the clinical expert and resource for staff Supports unit management in activities to meet department goals. Participates in evaluating, coaching and mentoring staff under the direction of the clinical manager and department director. Position Details: Interventional Angio Full-time, 40 hours/week, benefitted 8-hour day shifts
Requirements
- Maryland RN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state)
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR
- BSN required
- 3-5 years experience
- 1+ years charge nurse experience in clinical area
Responsibilities
